Cherry Blossoms at the UW

The University of Washington has Japanese cherry trees in many spots on its campus. They are blooming a bit early this year so I thought I would take the Nikon out for a spin and see if I could capture some of the beauty. There were thousands of people with the same idea, I took pictures of the trees and plants that interested me. Enjoy.

My favorites are probably the tight shots of the blooms and the canopy shots that shows the branches like veins to the body of the tree. The whole tree pics are fun too..
